From AthoGen, getting a price quote, placing an order, and obtaining shipping supplies is as easy as 1-2-3. The process is as follows.
Ordering
We are offering an on-line ordering process. The forms are writable, so you can either complete the form on-line, then save or print it, or you can print the form then, complete it manually - whichever is most convenient to you.

Request for Quote
To obtain a detailed price quote for analyzing your samples, please provide us with the information requested on the “Request for Quote - Testing” PDF. If your project is complex and you want to request scientific consultation service regarding microorganism identification, please email info@AthoGen.com if interested in consulting services. We recommend that you provide as much information as you can in order for us to understand your request and submit a quote to you.
Quote
Typically within 24 hours of receiving your request, we will send you, via email, a “Test—Quote” or “Consulting – Quote,” including detailed pricing.
Order
To proceed with your testing needs or requirement for consulting services, please use the PDF “Test – Order” form. Provide us with us much background information on the sample as possible. This will help us optimize the pre-analytical and analytical processes.
Unless you choose RUSH service for 48-hour turnaround, you will receive the results within 10 business days of our receipt of your sample at AthoGen. Please submit your order via email or fax.
Shipping Container
When AthoGen receives your order form, we will send you the necessary shipping container(s), if requested on your order form, at no charge to you. These will arrive at your facility within 24 hours. Depending on the number of samples in your order, we will send you one or multiple boxes, including 6 X 50 mL vials. Should your sample be larger than 50 mL, please contact AthoGen customer service prior to shipping. Ensure that the content is packed and labeled according to the requirements of your courier. You will be responsible for the courier charges. Please follow the shipping instructions carefully to guarantee a maximum testing outcome.
Order Supplies
Results
Within 48 hours (Rush service) or 10 business days (Regular service), you will receive the results report by email. The report will include detailed findings and any other additional information deemed necessary.
Also included in the price is 15 minutes of an AthoGen scientific consultant’s time to answer any questions you might have. Feel free to call us any time within regular business hours.
Billing
Upon transmission of the results, an invoice will be generated and sent to you via regular mail. |
