Our Service Pledge

AthoGen pledges to approach microorganism identification in a comprehensive and rapid way backed by a team of knowledgeable staff.  We plan to fulfill this pledge by:

• Utilizing our proven technology that identifies single or mixtures of microorganisms such as bacteria, virus, and fungi, including mutations and variants, in the original sample (no culture required).
• Performing high-resolution genotyping without sequencing, distinguishing related strains of bacterial and viral species for non-clinical purposes
• Being prepared to handle a large volume of routine samples and complex individual samples. 
• Providing prompt responses.
